Getting settled in...

Today was day 2 in Dublin.

This morning, Courtney and I planned to get up before 11 and head into the city center to find her a straightener and blow dryer. When I woke up, I checked my phone and it was already 12:30! I had slept through my alarm and didn't even know it. So once we both got up, we got dressed and were about to head out when our leader decided that we should all go to the grocery store instead.

So we started to walk there but it was raining o we decided to go to the convenience store on campus and hit up the big store tomorrow. I got cookies, cereal, milk, and wine... all the essentials.

After the grocery store, we headed back to the dorms and then Court and I went to the shopping part of city center. It was like Rodeo Drive and Times Square mixed! It was so awesome. They had American Apparel, Chanel, Louis Vitton, McDonalds and any other kind of place desired. We got what we needed and headed back to campus.

When we got back we had a mini-orientation with our professor. We got our textbooks and directions about class and whatnot. After the meeting, we ordered pizza and just hung out as a group. once the pizza had been devoured, we busted out the wine and started to get to know each other more. We played spoons and BS, but my favorite part was just chatting with the other students.

After our games, some people were pretty tired so they headed to their rooms. Me and two other girls walked around our building to meet other people (a.k.a. boys) here.We met a bunch, but they are all leaving tomorrow. Hopefully a new shipment comes in tomorrow!

Well now I am off to bed since our first day of class is tomorrow! Wish me luck!
